El Juzgado esta abierto en horario habitual a pesar de semaforo epidemiológico, a menos que las autoridades de salud digan lo contrario.
Para el tramite de registro de nacimiento ordinario de 0-6 meses.
A la entrada del juzgado les revisan los documentos te dicen que esta mal o bien y si todo esta correcto te dan turno en conjunto con los documentos a partir de ahí NO SE MUEVAN DEL LUGAR DE ESPERA POR QUE TE SALTAN EL TURNO.
Los requisitos son:
1.-Deben asistir Mamá, Recien Nacido y papá -forzosamente los 3-.
En caso de que seas mamá ó papá solteros únicamente asitiran mamá y RN ó papá y RN informar a la persona que revisa documentos.
2.-Formato tcejur-dgrc_rad_1 debidamente requisitado sin errores llenar muy bien y con letra de molde para que se entienda y no haya errores, y no tengas que llenarlo nuevamente y forzosamente lo tienes que llevar impreso, es indistinto si lo imprimes a color o en blanco y negro.

3.-Certificado de nacimiento emitido por la institución donde ocurrio el nacimiento revisa que no tenga errores y que este bien requisitado si tiene errores te van a regresar a donde te lo emitieron para que te den otro formato por que si lo tachan o sobre escriben en el formato, no te la van a aceptar.
4.-Identificacion oficial (Credencial para votar, cedula profesional, pasaporte, licencia de conducir ó cartilla de servicio militar)
5.-Comprobante de domicilio.
La direccion debe de coincidir con la del formato escrita tal cual, si no dice av. Int. calle no lo pongas.

6.- Acta de matrimono certificada (en caso de estar casados por el civil) ó en caso de no estarlo acta de nacimiento certificada de ambos padres (cada copia certificada cuesta $77, lleva una copia simple de las actas de nacimiento de ambos para que te realicen el tramite a un costado de juzgado ó la mejor opción es ir al kiosko de la tesorería el mas cercano al juzgado es el que esta en el area de comida rápida en plaza central entrando a mano derecha enfrente de las escaleras elactricas, sino llevas copias simples te van a cobrar la busqueda de tus actas y te sale a poco mas del doble de la copia certificada del acta.
Deben estar muy atentos en la oficina para evitar errores en el registro de su bebé así se evitaran muchos líos posteriores.
Al finalizar el trámite después de 10 días hábiles recibirán un acta de nacimiento gratuitamente, el juez les dará una copia simple del acta de nacimiento con algunos datos para que puedas ir a un costado del regitro civil por el acta gratuita del bebé tienes hasta un año para poder ir a recogerla (si te urge una copia certificada vallan al kiosko) y el bebé ya se encontrará registrado en el CURP.
