★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa es espaciosa, pero en dos de las recamaras se observa en las patas de las camas polilla. En una de las habitaciones de la planta baja hay chinches. Cuidado!!!
Encontré cagarrutas (popó de rata) en el lavadero.
Hay terraza pero no hay acceso para usarla... Por el precio que estás pagando debería haber mejor mantenimiento a la casa y acceso a todo el lugar.
Por otro lado hay cosas que el señor que renta la casa debería especificar al hacer la contratación: IMPORTANTE debe indicar que está prohibido poner música hasta las 12AM y que está prohibido salir del fraccionamiento a partir de las 11:50pm. Hasta el día siguiente. Son rubros indispensables para pensar si vas en plan fiesta y con amigos. Muy molesto que las autoridades vengan a irrumpir de manera déspota porque "la música es molesta". Las casas se rentan para ir a cantar bailar nadar y convivir y eso está prohibido a partir de las 12. Mucha incoherencia en el costo, las "reglas", la casa, la higiene... MAL.
