Es ridícula la manera que retiran el helado de la cuchara como si se tratase de una muestra de laboratorio farmacológico que debiera tener un peso exacto! Se paga caro por el producto como para que esas porciones minúsculas que retiran pudieran significar una merma para la empresa. Insisto, muy miserable esta manera de servir. No regresaré a esta sucursal y si acaso es esta también la política de Santa Clara, no me queda mas que dejar de ser cliente. On a visit I observed that when serving me ice cream, the boys who serve weigh the spoon they are serving and I assumed that now they pay by weight, which I had not seen in previous visits, however I noticed that as a general practice, the boys remove tiny portions of the spoon with which they serve not to exceed some type of weight specified by the franchisee, which seems miserable and cowardly to me. It is ridiculous the way they remove the ice cream from the spoon as if it were a pharmacological laboratory sample that should have an exact weight! They pay dearly for the product so that those tiny portions that they withdraw could mean a waste for the company. I insist, this way of serving is very miserable. I will not return to this branch and if this is also the policy of Santa Clara, I only have to stop being a customer.

Hasta ahora me entero que el helado de pistache ya se considera "gourmet", motivo por el cual pagué $109.00 por una malteada de tamaño regular que tenía toda la consistencia de un licuado de cafetería. Y en lo referente al sabor; la cosa más estándar del mundo (solo ellos saben qué es lo que lo hace gourmet). Digo, podría asegurar que en La Michoacana o cualquier nevería de barrio te topas igual o mejor calidad a menos de la mitad del precio. A high price for a lousy "milkshake". Vallan a visitar y comerse una deliciosa nieve o lo que gusten de estos productos ya que son una excelente marca :) muchas gracias :) I love one of my favorite snows, its flavors are delicious and the attention and service are very good and its milkshakes are delicious they have 2 snowballs so they leave you very satisfied !!
