★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo lugar, las empleadas tienen muy mala actitud atienden de mala gana, por consiguiente la experiencia como cliente en el lugar es mala, te sirven un helado del tamaño de una pelota de golf y nunca hay variedad de helados; es ironico que sea una heladeria y no tengan conos(barquillos) para servirte, ojala y el propietario de ese negocio lea esto para que tome cartas en el asunto de lo contrario su negocio ira en picada;
Terrible place, the employees have a very bad attitude, they serve reluctantly, therefore the experience as a customer in the place is bad, they serve you an ice cream the size of a golf ball and there is never a variety of ice creams; It is ironic that it is an ice cream parlor and they do not have cones (wafers) to serve you, hopefully and the owner of that business reads this to take action on the matter, otherwise your business will go downhill;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Pedí un affogato y la señorita me lo sirvió en un vaso pequeño por lo que el café estaba a punto de caerse, pedí que me lo cambiara y me dijo que tenia los vasos contados, me lo cambió y entregó con el vaso chorreado tuve que pedir que me lo cambiará de nuevo.
Ojalá mejoren el servicio al cliente, ya que no es un helado barato y hacen pasar un mal rato.
Bad experience. I asked for an affogato and the lady served it to me in a small glass so the coffee was about to fall, I asked to change it and she told me that the glasses were counted, she changed it to me and gave it to me with the dripped glass I had to ask that I will change it again.
Hopefully they improve customer service as it's not cheap ice cream and they give you a hard time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá y tomen en cuenta los comentarios, las empleadas que están ahí súper mal servicio, nooooooooo lo recomiendo para nada, parece que siempre están de malas y cuando está la promoción los miércoles están peor, nunca tienen conos para darte el helado y tienen otros conos que te los venden adicional a la promoción, te sirven muy miserablemente, así seguro ni las moscas se quieren parar. Son nefastas en la atención

We really liked the ice creams and they took great care of us. The price is a bit excessive but for a special occasion we really liked it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la empleada estaba cobrandome $210.00 por dos frappés de rompope, le pregunté porque el precio y solo se porto agresiva y me dijo que leyera los precios por lo que claramente ahí decía $74.00 incluso tome una fotografía, ya son 3 ocasiones en qué voy después de las 7 de la noche y menciona que no tiene frappés de café y al pedirle otra cosa menciona que no tiene cambio o cualquier excusa , ya con la experiencia de hoy créanme que no regreso !!
Le pregunté su nombre porque claramente iba a reportar lo sucedido al número que tienen ahí en la caja , no creo que me haya dicho su nombre real ella menciono llamarse diana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos TIMADORES , te dan casi media bola de helado y si no pones atención ni te das cuenta porqué la parte redonda la poden hacia arriba en el cono y lo que casi esta plano lo ponen abajo para no lo notes. Parece que los empleados quisieran hacer quebrar el negocio u odian al dueño porque ya conozco a muchas personas que tienen una pésima opinión e impresión de éste lugar. Ya soy otro cliente que nunca volveré y correré la voz con todo el que conozca para que no vaya o al menos este atento para que no se deje engañar ni soporte la mala actitud de los empleados.
