2BR Ocean View Downtown PV - 48304 Puerto Vallarta

Stayed here with family but was disappointed. The view of the ocean was nice and the location was convenient to downtown Puerto Vallarta, but the condo had many issues. First of all, the furniture had stains all over them, there were several light bulbs in the unit that had burned out. The air conditioning wasn't turned on when we got there and we had to run it on high for nearly an entire day to cool the unit down. The air conditioning also smelled like rotten eggs, and the compressor would turn off occasionally because the fuse box would trip. We found rat droppings in the condo, the toilet in the master bedroom would run without stopping. The cable TV seemed as if the bill wasn't paid. We also found a few child safety issues such as missing railing on the walkways. This place has a lot of potential to be amazing, but just needs more maintenance and upkeep.
