Presenté mis placas con detalles incorrectos y no me deshice de las placas antiguas correctamente, por lo que nos quedamos pagando impuestos sobre la anterior. Mintieron que esto ya estaba hecho cuando estábamos en la oficina para recibir el pago, pero no era cierto.
 They are complete criminals. I filed my plates with incorrect details and didn't dispose of the old plates properly, so we are left paying taxes on the old one. They lied that this was already done when we were in the office to receive the payment, but it was not true.
