Y para colmo nunca tienen crema batida y chamoy por que ya se les acabo. Son como 6 personas atendiendo y solo dos se ponen las pilas mientras que los otros se la pasan escondidos. Súper tardado a qué te atiendan y siempre están con cara de amargados. Si puede. Mejor conozcan otros lugares para comer helado. Terrible service, the frapes, regardless of the flavor, seem like cold water, the base is super diluted. And to top it off they never have whipped cream and chamoy because they're out of it. There are like 6 people attending and only two get their act together while the others spend their time hiding. Super late for them to attend to you and they always have a bitter face. Yes you can. Better know other places to eat ice cream.

No me agradó que dieran por hecho que uno sabe sobre los helados y sus combinaciones cuando ellos están para orientar. Luego, cada vez que una tenía dudas ellos movían los ojos o entre ellos decían algo y se reían. Se me hizo una gran falta de respecto porque ellos ofrecen un servicio y lamentablemente deben estar a la altura de ello. Yo entiendo que durante el día están cansados de tratar con gente que al igual que yo no entiende algunas cosas sobre lo que venden pero creo que también se debe de ser amable ya que es su trabajo. Yo al menos trato de cuidar el mío. Como sugerencia, traten de ser más rejalados en su trabajo, ya que si siguen así su negocio puede ir a la quiebra. Échenle un ojo a su personal. ;) The ice creams are delicious. Here the only detail is the attention from the employees. I did not like that they took for granted that one knows about ice creams and their combinations when they are there to guide. Then, every time one of them had doubts, they rolled their eyes or said something to each other and laughed. I was shown a great lack of respect because they offer a service and unfortunately they must live up to it. I understand that during the day they are tired of dealing with people who, like me, do not understand some things about what they sell, but I think that they should also be friendly since it is their job. I at least try to take care of mine. As a suggestion, try to be more relaxed in your work, because if you continue like this your business may go bankrupt. Take a look at your staff. ;)
