The worst of the Santa Clara branches I have ever visited. Ice creams poorly served, the cajeta had a horrible attitude and charged us a different price than what is seen on the list.

Las chicas que trabajan ahi tienen un pesimo trato a clientes, aparte que no sirven los helados de la misma manera/proporcion que en otras sucursales (sirven menos y parcialmente descongelado). Se negaron vender a una familia con niños porque faltaban 2 min para cerrar, mismo la venta de un helado siendo súper rápida. Pésima atención, pésimo servicio, están manchando la marca.
Terrible service. The girls who work there have a terrible treatment of customers, apart from the fact that they do not serve ice cream in the same way/proportion as in other branches (they serve less and partially defrosted). They refused to sell to a family with children because there were 2 minutes left to close, even the sale of an ice cream being super fast. Lousy attention, lousy service, they are staining the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no aceptan efectivo ( incluso si el pago es pequeño) se supone que si no te dan tu ticket es gratis, pero me argumentaron que no tenían papel para darme mi ticket.
Les falta trato y al cliente, este tipo de franquicias me gustan mucho, pero este en especial es el peor que he visitado
Terrible service, they do not accept cash (even if the payment is small) it is supposed that if they do not give you your ticket it is free, but they argued that they did not have paper to give me my ticket.
They lack treatment and the customer, I like this type of franchise a lot, but this one in particular is the worst I have visited
