★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados y el servicio son buenos como en el resto de sus sucursales, pero ir a walmart en fin de semana, aún sin hacer fila es bastante desagradable.
 Ice cream and service are good as in the rest of its branches, but going to Walmart on the weekend, even without queuing is quite unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a las 20:15 hrs y que estaba cerrado,porque hay días que cierran tarde y otros temprano . Lo malo es que en internet y en la socuesal dice hasta las 21:00 hrs!!! Cómo sabes en qué horario cierran cada día???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera o despachadora muy atenta a sus audífonos en la caja y después de preguntar por un producto light dijo q no había solo “ vainilla, luego pedí nuez y dijo q no había !! Mejor me retire , muy mala atención , parecía molesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de uno de sus cajeros, lo vi que estaba en la maquina de muñecos sacando peluches, y no había quien atendiera, llegó corriendo y ni se labo las manos así me quería despachar mi helado, mejor me fui, y estamos en contingencia y que haga eso sun personal en especial ese cajero, no es higiénico y que este primero jugando y no atienda pues le pagan para sacar peluches de la maquina o para vender. Contraten mejor a su personal y capacitenlo, eso se no lavarse las manos y en plena contingencia no va con su establecimiento.
Terrible service from one of its cashiers, I saw that he was at the doll machine taking out stuffed animals, and there was no one to attend, he came running and didn't even wash his hands so he wanted to send me my ice cream, I better leave, and we're in contingency and that he does that personally, especially that cashier, it is not hygienic and that he is first playing and does not attend because they pay him to get stuffed animals from the machine or to sell. Hire your staff better and train them, that is not washing your hands and in full contingency it does not go with your establishment.
