Anteriormente les había dejado 3 estrellas por temas del servicio, sin embargo pude observar que leyeron los comentarios e hicieron mejoras al respecto. Estoy muy contento con el servicio. Muchas felicidades por los cambios.
Really very happy with the renewed service in the salon. I was very satisfied with the entire customer experience now that I am back for a haircut. Previously I had given them 3 stars for service issues, however I could see that they read the comments and made improvements. I am very happy with the service. Congratulations on the changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui y vi que tienen demasiada gente , no hay buena ventilación y ni el aire acondicionado lo tenían prendido, algunas personas con el cubrebocas abajo de la nariz mal puesto, en estos tiempo no tiene el cuidado para el manejo con cada cliente y excesivo el cobro de su servicio, cuando no todos sus resultados son buenos.
Debería ir gente de salubridad ha checar cuánta gente tienen .
I went and saw that they have too many people, there is no good ventilation and they did not even have the air conditioning turned on, some people with the mask under their nose badly placed, in these times they do not have the care for handling with each client and excessive charges of your service, when not all your results are good.
Health people should go and check how many people they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un corte de una fotografía que llevaba y le dije que un poco más largo y en eso quedamos con Efrén, pero ni me hizo el corte que le enseñe y me lo dejo aún más corto de lo de la foto que le mostré. Llegue con muchas expectativas por los comentarios tan buenos pero me lleve una gran decepción.
Si no saben cómo hacer el corte mejor decir que no lo pueden hacer.
Juro no volver y la estrella es por la atención de Moni
