Terrible staff in this branch, to begin with I accompanied a person to this branch, his appointment was at 10:00 and we were late because we got lost, we were there around 10:20, the person I accompanied went to the bathroom right there from the eyelashes and leaving the reception girl said "there is no way I can spend it right now, because I would only do half the service" "we can attend at 11:00, and since we live retired from Delta we decided to wait, I I was sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours and the conversation between the employees did not stop, there were always 2 or 3 girls at the counter, I talked and talked, besides they used the branch phone for their personal use, the worst thing is that I noticed that a client also arrived earlier for her appointment and the employee was talking and talking comfortably and I pass the client 15 minutes late ... they are disrespectful, they are worth the time of the people and they only needed their coffee so that they were comfortable !!! The Pedregal branch is a cool one ??

Appalling. I put on eyelashes and the next day my eyes were super irritated and in pain so I had to go to the doc and when I called the place to tell them what happened they NEVER gave me an answer and they didn't even give me any solution they just ignored me.

Several times I put on eyelashes and depending on the girl is the quality of work. Today I decided to try the lash lifting and eyebrow tint service and it was a terrible job. We started because I had an eyelash mask and “withdrew it”, with a semi-wet or almost dry cotton, because I scratched my eye. The lash lifting of one eye was very stopped and that of the other plane and on the side, I told the lady and told me that "it was because of the growth of my eyelashes", my eyelashes do not grow laterally (how they were). Reviewing the work of the eye where I remain crooked and semi-raised still brought mascara or lumps of dye that was not properly removed. The second part even worse, I asked for the dye in the eyebrow, which is to put a dye platter without respecting the eyebrow or the frame of one of them I had become thick and the other thin, disproportionate, or attempt to make them seem symmetrical or similar, I asked him to remove the dye and I am still stained. I commented that in 5 days I fell, that is the guarantee of work (take it into account). He recalled that after bad work he charged me badly and he had to charge me twice because he does not know the prices. Hopefully take this review into account 800 pesos pay for that work. 300 pesos for the dye (Embarrado and without form) and 500 for the lash lifting (eyelashes stopped of one eye and the other eye flat and of side). I was not informed if any care had to be done or if I had to avoid using any product so as not to hurt the eyelashes further. I was not informed if they have a warranty on this service. Management review the video to corroborate what I am commenting on have cameras recording. The fact that one is kind and does not cause conflicts does not mean that one accepts a bad job.

Terrible service, they left me with horrible eyelashes like spider legs, I would never return to this branch.
