★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refill eyelash extention service gave me 8 millimeter CHEMICAL BURN on my eyelid. Got a sore and red right eye after service at this location and after 24 hrs the pain was increasing. I went to an optometrist fearing an infection but got diagnosed with a chemical burn as lage as 8 mm. During my service, chemical from the glue or the solution used to prep the eye for refill got into my eye. My hotel tried to call the 3D Lashes Polanco staff to ask for advice on what to do given my eye situation and the front desk said that they will discuss and call back....they did not call back....clearly they don't care to even return the call. This trip to the 3D Lashes Polanco cost me not just the service fee but also the cost of doctor's visit. Save your money, energy and time and find another place.
NOTE TO MANAGMENT: Please use products in your store that do not cause chemical burns and train your staff appropriately.
