★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las pestañas te terminan tumbando las naturales aunque te digan que no va a pasar. Además como tengo pestañas lisas me hicieron el risado y fue desastroso.

Hace 20 días fui a que me pusieran las pestañas las cuales me costaron 3 mil pesos y me garantizaron que eran unas pestañas de excelente calidad, le pregunté a la niña que me iba a poner las pestañas que si podía observar las pestañas que me iban a poner y no me lo permitió desde ahí se generó mi primer desconfianza. Después de unos días ya no tenia casi pestañas y ni modos de decir que fue mal cuidado por que soy una mujer demasiado banonosa como para tirar al bote mi dinero de esa manera realmentequede inconforme con el servicio prestado en insurgentes sur ya que yo había tomado el servicio en Polanco el año pasado y jamás tuve este inconveniente ... por qué asumí que eran igual de profesionales en pocas palabras solicité nueva cita pero en Polanco para ver qué solución me prestan por hago aclaración que el que no sea profesional el servicio de insurgentes no significa que no sea profesional el de Polanco .

Primero que nada no dejan de hostigarme con sus mensajes promocionales , tengo las pestañas súper lacias y me dijeron que así no me las podían poner, total que tuve pagar el rizado a parte, me entró algo al ojo que me ardió horrible!!!! Y después me puso las pestañas, tardo 3 horas y literal de viernes A lunes yo ya no tenía ni una sola pestaña, me bañe con gogles para no mojarlas y aún así su trabajo es peeeesimo! Pagar 3000 pesos por algo que no va a durar , no muchas gracias , fui a que me las pusieran de nuevo haciendo valida mi garantía y solo un 50% de las pestañas llego al retoque , no se si no sepan trabajar o no se si fue la tipa que me lo hizo pero no regreso jamás

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar agradable, a pesar de ser pequeñito, lo único "malo" es que no hay estacionamiento por parte del lugar pero muy cerca, a la vuelta hay estacionamientos públicos.
Por todo lo demás, el servicio fue excelente y hasta me pasaron un poquito antes de mi cita.
Los precios me parecieron justos y todo el personal muy amable.
It is a nice place, despite being tiny, the only "bad" thing is that there is no parking by the place but very close, on the way back there are public parking lots.
For everything else, the service was excellent and they even passed me a little before my appointment.
The prices seemed fair and all the staff very friendly.
