Los filamentos y equipos 3D que venden son de primer nivel y el personal da atención y seguimiento tremendo al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Te hacen gastar un dineral en consumibles, mantenimiento, envío, etc. Su atención al cliente es fatal, no solucionan nada. Su "departamento de logística" (si es que lo tienen) es lo peor. Terrible todo, eviten comprar aquí.
Terrible service. They make you spend a lot of money on consumables, maintenance, shipping, etc. Their customer service is fatal, they do not solve anything. Your "logistics department" (if they have one) is the worst. Terrible everything, avoid buying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.- No saben nada respecto a los equipos que venden.
2.- No tienen idea de como utilizar el material para los diferentes equipos.
3.- Las personas que te dan el soporte no tienen ni la preparación ni conocimiento mínimo.
4.- Terminaras optando por buscar información tu mismo.
5.- Cuando tienes dudas deberás llenar tikets así lo llaman ellos, para después esperar a que pase por lo menos por 5 departamentos para apenas dar las posibles soluciones.
6.- No te ayudaran a resolver el problema cuando saben que realmente eres su cliente, al contrario terminaras gastando mas.
7.- Si existe un problema con el material o maquina que adquiriste con ellos siempre te dirán que eres tú el que no l@ sabe utilizar y te recomendaran uno de sus supuestos INGENIEROS obviamente eso tiene un costo.
8.- Finalmente terminaras gastando mas en todo.
9.- Es mi experiencia con ellos.

1.- They don't know anything about the equipment they sell.
2.- They have no idea how to use the material for the different teams.
3.- The people who give you the support have neither the preparation nor the minimum knowledge.
4.- You will end up choosing to search for information yourself.
5.- When you have doubts you should fill out tickets as they call it, and then wait for it to pass through at least 5 departments to just give the possible solutions.
6.- They will not help you solve the problem when they know that you are really their client, on the contrary you will end up spending more.
7.- If there is a problem with the material or machine that you purchased with them, they will always tell you that you are the one who does not know how to use it and they will recommend one of their supposed ENGINEERS obviously that has a cost.
8.- Finally you will end up spending more on everything.
9.- It is my experience with them.
