Preguntas por alguna solución (material) y en lugar de brindarte alternativas te preguntan como robots y te responden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Cuando quiebren o no sea rentable no se pregunten por qué. Les urgen buenos vendedores.
Bad customer service without sales attitude. You ask for a solution (material) and instead of offering you alternatives they ask you like robots and they answer you as if they were doing you a favor. When they go out of business or are not profitable, don't wonder why. Good salespeople are urging them.
