Visité Trek, bikecity, giant, belfort y aquí fue dónde mejor me han tratado, me bajaron la bicicleta, me dejaron usarla, me platicaron promociones, me enviaron más info por Whatsapp y se quedaron siempre al pendiente de mis dudas, mandaron fichas técnicas y siempre fueron sinceros y entendieron lo que buscaba, hasta al taller me pasaron para enseñarme las bicis nuevas que les acababan de llegar. Siempre sin ser muy insistentes simplemente amables, Jorge el chavo que trabaja ahí un gran vendedor! Gracias!
Best deal I've received from a bike shop. I visited Trek, bikecity, giant, belfort and this is where they have treated me best, they lowered my bicycle, they let me use it, they talked to me about promotions, they sent me more info by WhatsApp and they always kept an eye on my doubts, sent technical sheets and They were always sincere and understood what I was looking for, they even passed me to the workshop to show me the new bikes that had just arrived. Always without being very insistent just kind, Jorge the guy who works there a great seller! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio más interesados en platicar entre ellos o amigos que estaban ahí, parece que tienes que ir con los billetes en la mano pa que te atiendan por que te ven como un pobre diablo. y Ojo de 3Mart esta fue la única tienda con pésimo servicio fui a dos mas y el trato fue uff excelente.
Terrible service more interested in talking to each other or friends who were there, it seems that you have to go with the tickets in hand to be treated because they see you as a poor devil. and Eye of 3Mart this was the only store with terrible service I went to two more and the treatment was excellent uff.

Compré un casco y un servicio completo a mi bici, quedó muy bien por cierto, el mecánico es muy amable, te explica todo lo que le hizo, además que te marca antes de hacer cualquier cambio de pieza que requiera la bici, muy recomendable.
