★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo cero solo que no se puede, muy mal el trato de la odontóloga Lorena, era la primera vez que llevaba a mis niñas, y para empezar lo mínimo que me esperaba era que la doctora estuviera bien protegida por el covid y solo traía un cubrebocas de los azules y la careta estaba a medio poner en cuanto empezó a atenderlas (debo decir que he ido con otros dentistas y todos usan doble cubrebocas o por lo menos kn95, ya que es la boca con la que trabajarán).
Ha sido mi peor experiencia pues yo salí regañada, mi niña mayor de 8 años fue callada por la odontóloga porque según ella era de esas niñas que les gustaba platicar, y como nos quedamos dentro del consultorio y no en la sala de espera no le pareció a la dra. y no fue para proporcionarnos ni una silla si quiera para que mi niña de 6 años se sentara y todavía para rematar pedí 4 veces el recibo de honorarios y nunca me lo enviaron! Gracias a Dios ahora vamos con otros especialistas y súper distinto el trato, atención y todo!

It has been my worst experience because I was scolded, my 8-year-old girl was silenced by the dentist because according to her she was one of those girls who liked to talk, and since we stayed inside the office and not in the waiting room, she didn't think so to dr. and it was not to provide us with a chair even for my 6-year-old girl to sit on and to top it off I asked 4 times for the receipt of fees and they never sent it to me! Thank God now we go with other specialists and the treatment, attention and everything is super different!
