★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para lo que se cobra esta pasable solo un detalle, se necesita de equipos para realizar ejercicios cardiovascular, pero fuera de ahí el ambiente es bueno.
For what is charged this passable only one detail, you need equipment to perform cardiovascular exercises, but outside of there the atmosphere is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta pequeño pero tiene lo necesario para poder entrenar, lo malo q yo Vi, es q les hace faltaucho mantenimiento a los equipos, están en mal estado, además en lo general todo el gym está muy sucio... Ojalá q pongan más atención en esos detalles...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que me decepciono los aparatos para cardio que tienen . Solo sirve creo que dos bicis y el acierto es de metal sin cojín lastima , ósea tienen más a la vista como caminadora y la de escalones eléctrica pero no funciona .
Si quieres pesas entonces está bien ??
The truth is that I am disappointed in the cardio equipment they have. It only works, I think, two bikes and the success is metal without a cushion, it hurts, bone they have more in sight as a treadmill and the electric stepper but it doesn't work.
If you want weights then that's fine ??

Esta pequeño ademas.
Las 4 estrellas son por que el precio es el mas bajo que encontre, el instructor es muy bueno y amable y pone buena musica ?

This little one too.
The 4 stars are because the price is the lowest I found, the instructor is very good and friendly and plays good music ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoría de los aparatos están en pésimo estado, no les dan mantenimiento, uno de los aparatos para pierna tiene los tornillos salidos y me lastimó un hombro nunca lo repararon. Desde mi punto de vista no deberían de abrir un lugar en tan malas condiciones. Les recomiendo pagar un pase por un día antes que pagar el mes completo.
Most of the devices are in terrible condition, they are not maintained, one of the leg devices has screws out and it hurt my shoulder, they never repaired it. From my point of view they should not open a place in such bad conditions. I recommend paying for a pass for one day rather than paying for the entire month.

Pero en cuanto a equipo todo está muy viejo con falta de mantenimiento, para tomar las barras no hay muchos seguros y tienes que esperar turno mucho tiempo.
Las máquinas de cardio deplorables las tienen arrumbadas y no les dan mantenimiento, solo funciona una bicicleta y uno que otro aparato de cardio.
Le hace falta un poco de limpieza y también el mantenimiento. Si mejoraran eso mucha más gente iría a entrenar

The deplorable cardio machines have them out of order and they don't give them maintenance, only one bicycle works and the odd cardio machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen lugar, sería mejor si le dieran mantenimiento a las bicicletas, escaladoras, caminadora a esos aparatos, de ahí en fuera el lugar es agradable y tranquilo para hacer ejercicio!!!
It is a good place, it would be better if they gave maintenance to the bicycles, stair climbers, treadmill to those devices, from then on the place is nice and quiet to exercise!
