 The house is very neglected and presented several electrical problems due to the outdated installation we rented the house for 8 days and 3 days the air conditioners were failing

Very good host, the house comfortable and well equipped only the washing machine did not work. The pool is a little small but very fun for the little ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House needs maintenance asap. Alot of ants. Were there to relax and some guy got there at 7am to cut the grass and trim the hedges. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons- House is in dire need of maintenance. Fridge wouldn’t cool and maintenance didn’t fix it. Broken planter wasn’t picked up in the five days we were there. Grill that we couldn’t use for some BS reason. Old window screens from a previous remodel were strewn in front of the property taking away from its appeal. The list is endless.
Pros- Pool was clean. Beds were comfortable enough to rest on. Easy access to property with code. Plenty of security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house was better than the air bnb pics portrayed it to be. Close walk to the beach. 20 min walk to get out of the complex and you're starting right at the end of 5th street. So it's a very long walk to get to the end. I didn't mind the location but I'd try and be closer to the entrance next time.
