★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. No se ponian de acuerdo en quien tenia que hacer los arreglos. Tuve que llamar miles de veces para que avanzaran con mi arreglo, solo se hechaban la culpa entre ellos y el seguro y nadie resolvia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por atenderme “rápido” entregue mi carro para revisión. Después de su revisión vi que me robaron la herramienta, nunca respondieron. Posteriormente cuando se llevó a pintar la defensa, tardaron casi dos meses para decirme que una pieza no estaba disponible y cuando me iban a entregar el carro, estuve dos horas esperando para que al final me dijeran que lo iban a lavar y que iba a tardar más. Mañosamente, te hacen llenar una encuesta, desde un inicio y en ese momento todo “está bien”. No lleven ahí sus autos!
For attending me "quickly" I gave my car for review. After your review I saw that the tool was stolen from me, they never responded. Later, when the fender was painted, it took them almost two months to tell me that a part was not available and when they were going to deliver the car, I was two hours waiting for them to finally tell me that they were going to wash it and that it would take plus. Slyly, they make you fill out a survey, from the beginning and at that moment everything "is fine." Don't take your cars there!

Tardaron 2 semanas en recibirme mi camioneta, por que segun no habian recibido mi espejo lateral.
Una vez que ingreso y otras 3 semanas mas tarde (después de muchas llamadas y mensajes para que me dieran información "falsa" de sus avances... me dicen que ya puedo recoger mi camioneta pero que me daran un vale por que no les llego mi espejo a tiempo.
Me entregaron mi camioneta sin espejo y lo sigo esperando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tuve un incidente desde diciembre 2021. Mi coche asegurado por HDI lo llevaron a este taller para reparación. El servicio es terrible, nos han tardado años en entregar el carro. No hay quien te responda de forma profesional. Nos han cambiado de fechas de entrega muchas veces. De hecho al día de hoy no nos han entregado la unidad. Las piezas que ponen son genéricas. La última vez que fui por mi coche había más de 3 personas quejándose del mal servicio, una persona venía de otro municipio y era la tercera vez que regresaba con su coche porque le salían detalles y no funcionaba al 100. En fin ha sido un tormento. Si tienen algún incidente, no pidan que los manden a este taller. Hay mas opciones
Terrible service. I had an incident since December 2021. My car insured by HDI was taken to this workshop for repair. The service is terrible, it has taken us ages to deliver the car. The last time I went for my car there were more than 3 people complaining about the bad service, one person came from another municipality and it was the third time that he returned with his car because details came out and it did not work 100%. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, con personal incompetente que solo le dan ✈️✈️ a las personas , tardan demasiado en reparar y lo que reparan lo hacen mal , roba piezas o las cambiann y dañan otras partes q no estaban dañadas . Si un consejo les puedo dar es revisar bien el trabajo y tomar la mayor cantidad de fotos posibles antes de meterlo a reparación con ellos por son muy malechos todos en general. !!!
Terrible service, with incompetent staff who only give ✈️✈️ to people, they take too long to repair and what they repair they do wrong, steal parts or change them and damage other parts that were not damaged. If I can give you some advice, it is to check the work well and take as many photos as possible before putting it in for repairs with them because they are all very male in general. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy incompetente, su trabajo mal hecho, una simple reparación de facia, y entregan esta pintura. Jamás regresaría y menos lo recomendaría. Me lo recomendaron y tristemente quede decepcionado. Me atendió un joven de nombre "Mauricio", cuando me entrego el auto solo puso cara de vergüenza. Buscaré la reclamacion en mi aseguradora para ir a otro taller a corregir.
Very incompetent, your job poorly done, a simple face repair, and they deliver this painting. I would never go back and I would less recommend it. It was recommended to me and I was sadly disappointed. I was attended by a young man named "Mauricio", when he gave me the car, he just made a face of shame. I will look for the claim in my insurance company to go to another workshop to correct it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La unidad entró por un golpe por alcance del lado del piloto el 3 de diciembre por seguros hdi el 25 de mayo quedo lista casi 7 meses para un trabajo mal realizado falto deposito recuperador de anticongelante, rompieron tapa del motor, se robaron la tolva del cofre puesto que no la Instalaron,elevadores del cofre funcionaban entregaron unos que no sostienen nada, manguera que va al porta filtro rota anexo fotos de como se entrego y del trabajo que realizaron de 30 mil pesos que fue un dolor de cabeza y mejor vamos a corregir en otro taller donde sabemos que si trabajan con calidad y experiencia ojo donde llevan sus autos y hdi deberia de cambiar o tener mas opciones para sus clientes por que solo tienen 2 opciones en qro este y uno mas
The unit entered due to a hit by scope on the pilot's side on December 3 by HDI insurance on May 25, it was ready for almost 7 months for a job poorly done, there was a lack of antifreeze recovery tank, they broke the engine cover, the hood hopper was stolen Since they did not install it, the hood lifts worked, they delivered some that do not hold anything, the hose that goes to the broken filter holder, I attach photos of how it was delivered and the work they did for 30 thousand pesos, which was a headache and we better correct it in another workshop where we know that if they work with quality and experience, be careful where they take their cars and hdi, they should change or have more options for their clients because they only have 2 options in this one and one more

It's been two vehicles (I decided to take the second one after seeing the results in the first one) for painting and polishing both of them. They deliver your car in time and well done, which is rare for workshops in Querétaro.
