★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Va de mal en peor. Tanto en la calidad del café como en el personal que atiende.La región de Veracruz y la de Chiapas muy buenos, la de Puebla y Oaxaca son una basura. Pero ese no es la razón de las 2 estrellas: La región de Veracruz era de la sierra de Zongolica, hoy que acabo de pasar a comprar y pido la región de Veracruz, el joven que atendió no me dijo nada, pero llegaron otros dos clientes nuevos a preguntar del tipo de café, que sabor tienen, etc. El joven que atendió no sabía nada, solo se les quedaba viendo, quise hacer mi buena obra del día y empecé a comentarles de lo poco que sé de café ya que probé las 4 regiones. Y ahí me entero que ya no es de Zongolica, ahora resulta que es de Teocelo ?. Para esas cosas mejor hubieran cambiado a Coatepec. Bueno, aún así me lo traje para catarlo, aunque no albergo esperanzas. Otro show fué pagar con tarjeta, el joven no sabía usar la terminal, no había otra persona apoyándolo, tardamos 15 minutos para que aprendiera a usar la terminal, lo bueno que no se bloqueó la tarjeta. En fin. Solo espero que sí me haya dado el café de Veracruz porque no sabía que tubo servir, y me dió del tercero, de izquierda a derecha mirándolos de frente. Ojalá mejoren, no que van de mal en peor.

Well, I still brought it with me to taste it, although I'm not hopeful. Another show was paying with a card, the young man did not know how to use the terminal, there was no other person supporting him, it took 15 minutes for him to learn how to use the terminal, the good thing that the card was not blocked. Anyway. I just hope that he did give me the coffee from Veracruz because he did not know what to serve, and he gave me the third, from left to right looking at them head on.
