★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Good service. I can't knock the restaurant, just the night we were there. It's totally open, and the evening was chilly. Probably a great place in the summer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, food i had was chicken wrap that was not very tasty. It took them quite a long time to bring my food. Ambience is beautiful; with view of the jacarandas trees and Mountain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there tonight, and it was fabulous! My DIL had the daily special- pork with mashed potatoes- very well presented and yummy!
I had the Swwet and sour shrimp - excellent as well. My son had a banana split- well presented with lots of yummy extras. For dessert my DIL had the fruitcake. She said it was the best she had ever had. I am not a fan in general, so I will take her w I rd.
The music was fun and festive. The owner came by the table to talk. We had an excellent and fun time.
Staff was spot on and extremely helpful- very good service.
I can't wait to go back after they reopen from the holiday vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for the live music they have every Thursday afternoon from 4:30 - 6:30, but also found a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The wait staff were very attentive, friendly, and quite capable of speaking English or Spanish as needed. (They work hard so please tip accordingly.) I had the Guacamole Arrachera (guacamole, steak strips, and chips). It was good, but needed a little more spice and pepper. Ask for the house salsa; it goes well with the dish. Even in the hot afternoon, there was a nice breeze to go with a view of the lake and distant mountains. The prices were reasonable for an expat frequented restaurant.
Note: They only accept cash.
The live music has a 50 peso cover charge.
