★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda, excelente ropa, excelente marca… para todos los que no conozcan 5.11 Tactical… es algo que tienen que probar y usar… todas sus prendas están hechas pensando en resistir y mantenerte siempre listo para todo lo que se te presente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, ya hacía falta una tienda en la CDMX de 5.11, los productos siempre de calidad, valen cada peso que uno invierte. Eso si falta más variedad de mochilas, de ahí bien, recomendable.
Excellent place, and a store in the CDMX of 5.11 was needed, always quality products, worth every weight one invests. That if more variety of backpacks is missing, hence, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tratan como si fueras a robarles, entras y te siguen todo el tiempo, si tomas un artículo inmediatamente te dicen que no hay de tu talla. Uso la marca y conozco sus precios, fui por una mochila en mi hora de comida con ropa de mi empresa y mejor me salí sin comprar nada por el trato.
They treat you as if you were going to rob them, you enter and they follow you all the time, if you take an item immediately they tell you that it is not your size. I use the brand and I know their prices, I went for a backpack at my lunch hour with clothes from my company and I better left without buying anything for the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico que atiende de nombre “Eduardo”, tiene un pésimo servicio. Parece que te hace un favor con atender a los clientes. Lo peor de todo es de que te sigue atendiendo mal aún y cuando ya compraste producto. Compré $3,900 pesos y me demoré 5-8 minutos. La Gerente tiene mejor atención y te soluciona tus dudas. No regresaría si me sigue atendiendo así.
The boy who attends by name "Eduardo", has a terrible service. It seems he's doing you a favor by serving customers. The worst of all is that they continue to treat you badly even when you have already bought a product. I bought $ 3,900 pesos and it took me 5-8 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro para la calidad, ejemplo: Guantes tácticos con materiales mal cortados cuestan $1,750. Los mismos de Oakley grado militar de USA con material premium $1,300. Si todo costara un 50% menos, estaría perfecto para la relación costo beneficio.
Very expensive for the quality, example: Tactical gloves with poorly cut materials cost $1,750. The same ones from Oakley US military grade with premium material $1,300. If everything cost 50% less, it would be perfect for the cost-benefit ratio.
