Es una falta de respeto que nadie responda por el trabajo de sus sacerdotes. La religión no es un juego y que dirijas un documento a Monseñor es porque significa algo importante realmente.
I filed a complaint almost two months ago and they haven't answered me. I called to find out what happened and they haven't contacted me. They only give long. It is disrespectful that no one answers for the work of their priests. Religion is not a game and that you send a document to Monsignor is because it really means something important.
