★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es una porqueria te piden dinero de enganche para una pieza y despues te roban el dinero despues de 6 meses no se merecen ni 1 estrella y nadie te quiere atender son un asco compren polaris esos si tienen refacciones yo tengo de las 2 y polaris es otra cosa
 The service is crap they ask you for down payment for a piece and then they steal your money after 6 months they do not deserve 1 star and nobody wants to attend you they are disgusting buy polaris those if they have spare parts I have 2 and polaris it's something else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima agencia. Compre una outlander 570 XMR 2021 y me la entregaron con una falla mecánica. La moto no tiene potencia al arranque, tarda varios segundos en dar todo el torque, no sube pendientes, ni siquiera subió la rampa ese día. Me la lleve porque me dijeron que era por ser nueva y tenía poca gasolina, después de probarla y ver que eran puras mentiras la regrese al taller donde estuvo más de un mes, me dijeron que ya había quedado, hoy fui por ella y la moto esta idéntica con la misma falla, no me ofrecieron una solución ni nada, además de todo me la entregaron desde nueva con una pieza rota y sin el logotipo, a la fecha no les han llegado las piezas. Encima de todo no le fijaron el asiento bien y hoy que llego a CDMX con la moto en el remolque veo que se voló el asiento en el camino, uno confía en que hagan las cosas bien no si la armaron bien. No tienen conocimiento, etica, interés por el cliente, piezas ni servicio. He comprado canam por muchos años pero con esta pésima experiencia dejo la marca
