terminando de tu sesión puedes pedir un rico desayuno o tu shake de proteína.
El programa online también es muy bueno para esta época de cuarentena, pero sin dudar las clases presenciales son lo mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un antes y un después de un ciclo en 54D, (y no solamente físico, sino mental y emocional). Los cambios de las personas que se comprometen con el programa son increíblemente buenos!!!! Los entrenadores son buenísimos en lo que hacen y además tienen siempre la mejor actitud. Ellos ponen todo, una sólo tiene que poner disciplina, constancia, esfuerzo y actitud, y los resultados son garantizados! Yo llevo casi dos años entrenando con ellos y ya no los cambio por nada. Se ha vuelto un estilo de vida. Ultra recomendable. ????
There is a before and after of a cycle in 54D, (and not only physical, but mental and emotional). The changes of the people who commit to the program are amazingly good!!!! The coaches are great at what they do and also always have the best attitude. They put everything, one only has to put discipline, perseverance, effort and attitude, and the results are guaranteed! I've been training with them for almost two years and I don't change them for anything anymore. It has become a lifestyle. Highly recommended. ????
