★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato de los asesores, en especial un asesor alto tez blanca con barba, prepotente, solo pasan a los que quieren tarjetas de crédito o préstamos , a los demás los batean enfrente de todos

Terrible service. If you can, hire another bank, at least another branch, this one is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es seguro asistir a retirar o depositar dinero en esta sucursal después de las 7pm
Ya son 2 veces que acudo: una a retirar dinero y no me lo entrego completo y otra a depositar, me devolvió el dinero menos $200 en ambas hice reporte y dijeron que no procede porque el cajero no tenia sobrante de dinero, que tal vez era una trampa puesta por alguien y el banco no se hacia responsable de eso.
Si así es como se preocupan y respaldan a sus clientes mejor no acudan
It is not safe to attend this branch to withdraw or deposit money after 7pm
It's already 2 times that I go: once to withdraw money and I didn't give it all and another to deposit, he returned the money minus $200 in both I made a report and they said that it doesn't proceed because the cashier didn't have money left over, which maybe it was a trap set by someone and the bank was not responsible for that.
If this is how they care and support their customers, better not come
