★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy tuve la peor experiencia en sucursal Sendero Toluca, el personal sigue siendo déspota y grosero. La señora que atiende entrega las prendas sucias y hoy particularmente rota y sin ninguna explicación... No tiene argumentos ni delicadeza para tratar al cliente, jamás vuelvo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaba mucho está empresa cuando entregaba el mismo día y con mucha calidad, después empezó a fallar y ahora dicen que por exceso de trabajo te lo entregan prácticamente hasta los dos días aunque lleves tu ropa a primer hora. Hoy fui y no me respetaron la promoción de los trajes teniendo el volante que dice otra cosa . En las últimas veces que he llevado sobre todo trajes no ja sido lo mismo porque ya que los reviso en casa encuentro que no los desmañanan bien. Estoy hablando de la sucursal las Américas en Ecatepec. Soy cliente frecuente porque tengo 4 hombres en casa y todos utilizan trajes ojalá puedan hacer algo para respetar promociones y checar nuevamente la calidad del servicio.
I really liked this company when it delivered the same day and with a lot of quality, then it started to fail and now they say that due to overwork they deliver it to you practically up to two days even if you wear your clothes first thing in the morning. Today I went and they did not respect the promotion of the suits having the flyer that says something else. In the last times that I have worn mostly suits, it has not been the same because, as I check them at home, I find that they do not lose them well. I'm talking about the Las Américas branch in Ecatepec. I am a frequent customer because I have 4 men at home and they all wear suits. I hope they can do something to respect promotions and check again the quality of the service.
