Cuando recogí el abrigo ya no estaban los guantes. Acudí con la señorita del mostrador para reportarlo pero negó por completo haber encontrado los guantes. Me decía que todo lo encontrado en bolsillos se dejaba en una canasta de la entrada, en la cual en ese momento había casualmente un guante sin su par. Es muy triste ver que las personas se arriesguen a ser deshonestas y dar un mal servicio por un par de guantes que honestamente no eran costosos. No dan ganas de regresar a ese tipo de lugares. El servicio de tintorería estuvo bien, rápido y de buen precio. Sin embargo, por este tipo de situaciones prefiero buscar otros lugares en donde sean respetuosos con los clientes.
