El rizado de pestañas tuvo un resultado sumamente pobre, me teni las canas y justo al salir me estoy dando cuenta de que no lo hicieron bien. Pague una cuenta de mas de 5000 pesos y tendré que volverme a pintar el cabello. El trabajo de cejas y de gelish es muy bueno por las personas que trabajan ahí, todos tienen muy buena actitud a pesar de los resultados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido varias veces al lugar y me había atendido bien, lamentablemente hable para hacer cita y la persona que me contesto llamada Guadalupe con cero tacto de servicio (supuse que es la persona de limpieza) ya que no sabía la agenda, le pregunté por un estilista y me dijo textual que ni idea y por último le pregunte si me podían atender y solo me dijo que estaba difícil, le solicite hablar con la dueña o encargada en el momento me contesto que la dueña no iba en estos momentos de COVID y que la encargada ni sus luces literal, pues con todo esto me sentí que estaba hablando con la persona de servicio de mi casa y realmente me decepcionó la atención.
I have visited the place several times and they had treated me well, unfortunately I spoke to make an appointment and the person who answered me called Guadalupe with zero tact of service (I assumed he is the cleaning person) since he did not know the agenda, I asked him for a stylist and she told me textually that she had no idea and finally I asked her if they could assist me and she only told me that it was difficult, I asked her to speak to the owner or manager at the time, she replied that the owner was not currently in COVID and that the manager or its literal lights, because with all this I felt I was talking to the service person at my house and I was really disappointed by the attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista tiene una actitud pésima, realmente terrible, se hace increíble que la atención al cliente sea tan deficiente. Los estilistas son buenos y tienen mejor actitud pero no volvería, el ambiente se siente tenso por la recepcionista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DEL MUNDO ! pedi un balayage y un corte, con fotografias de muestra para que quedara exactamente como lo pedi....el servicio fue carisimo con un disquedescuento malisimo, la pseudo"estilista" que literalmente arruino mi cabello, me hizo unos rayos grises horribles en la cabeza, le comente que no me estaba gustando lo que estaba saliendo y se justifico diciendo que con el tiempo se aclaran, imposible, mi cabello ya estaba todo blanco, de plano una BASURA de servicio, nada que ver un balayage discreto con los rayos que se pone la mamá de la quinceañera, que fue lo que me acabo haciendo NO VAYAN ! ENSERIO NO VAYAN !
WORLD'S WORST EXPERIENCE! I asked for a balayage and a haircut, with sample photos to make it look exactly as I asked .... the service was very expensive with a lousy discounted disc, the pseudo "stylist" who literally ruined my hair, gave me horrible gray rays in the head, I commented that I was not liking what was coming out and he justified himself by saying that with time they clear up, impossible, my hair was already all white, flat a service GARBAGE, nothing like a discreet balayage with the rays that The mother of the quinceañera is wearing, which was what I ended up doing.
