En cada ocasión te piden TODOS los datos y que los escribas en un cuaderno para que tal vez algun dia se les ocurra hacer la factura. Y si no la hacen en mes y medio como me sucedió esta ultima vez no existe un numero de telefono en el cual te contesten. Lastima! Good service in store but terrible billing service. Frustrating. On each occasion they ask you for ALL the data and that you write them in a notebook so that maybe one day they will come up with the invoice. And if they don't do it in a month and a half, as happened to me this last time, there is no phone number where they can answer you. Pity!

Mandas a imprimir a color y sale a blanco y negro y aun asi te las cobran como si fueran a color solo porque salio en la impresora de color. Las computadoras bien lentas y entre mas lentas mas tardas y mas pagas. El personal cero capacitado. Terrible service, terrible warm impressions, the leaves come out stained and crooked and even if the impressions go wrong, you charge them. You send to print in color and it comes out in black and white and even so they charge you as if they were in color just because it came out in the color printer. The slower computers and the slower the more it takes and the more you pay. Zero trained staff.
