Hoy 6 de septiembre de 2018 a las 8 de la noche fui a comprar una tarjeta Google play que necesitaba con urgencia, estaba la puerta a medio cerrar y atorado un mueble, dentro el que atiende platicando con el distribuidor de Sabritas, me dijo que tomaría 10 minutos... Mismo en los que llegaron 5 personas más que evidentemente no atendió, pasados los 10 minutos me dijo que aún no podía abrir que más o menos sería una hora... Un tipo que siempre será tendero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las dos veces que e ido, siempre están molestos los cajeros. Deberían de darse cuenta que estan ubicados a unos metros de 4 sucursales de banco. Le gente que va a comprar acaba de salir del Banco y no trae cambio. La actitud de ellos es nefasta.
¡¡¡¡aguas como no tienes que firmar, las cancelaciones no las estan hacienado validas, a mi me hicieron dos cancelaciones y el banco no las hace valida.

Cómo es posible que la señorita cajera deje esperando al cliente y le de preferencia al proveedor llegué a comprar a esa tienda estuve esperando y le pregunté a la señorita cajera de nombre Mari Carmen si no había alguien más que cobrará me dijo no y que ella iba a tardar mucho y le dije que cómo es posible que hiciera esperar al cliente y dijo que ella iba a tardar le pedí su nombre para reportarla Y todavía muy cínica e irónicamente me dijo pues haga lo que quiera...la verdad no puedo creer que este tipo de personas con esa actitud de servicio estén detrás de un mostrador..... Esto pasó el día 3 de abril del presente año alrededor de las 5 de la mañana espero tomen cartas en el asunto para mejorar esta área de oportunidad que tienen con este tipo de personal De antemano agradezco su comprensión Atentamente Carlos Rodríguez
