★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio fue mi experiencia; fui a hacer un depósito bancario, todo parecía normal, haciendo fila llego a caja y me brican turnos por un simple deposito; que es muy tardado etc etc. No es la primera vez que me pasa, pero no se vale que uno espere en la fila y luego ya en caja te brinquen. En mi opinión cuando se trate de depositar dinero es mejor oxxo ahi se se respeta turno(aclaró en los que yo e ido).
Very bad service was my experience; I went to make a bank deposit, everything seemed normal, lining up I arrive at the cashier and they take turns taking a simple deposit; which is very late etc etc. It is not the first time that happens to me, but it is not worth one to wait in line and then in the box they jump you. In my opinion, when it comes to depositing money, Oxxo is better there, it is respected in turn (clarified in those that I have gone).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta algo de capacitación a los muchachos. La tienda tenía huecos, faltan te de etiquetas y el café quemado. Pero gran parte es trabajo del gerente. En cuanto al personal, dejaron de hacer lo que estaban haciendo por atenderme lo que es bien indicador. Falta mejorar pero si les puedo dar un 7/10
The boys lack some training. The store had holes, missing labels and burnt coffee. But much of it is the manager's job. As for the staff, they stopped doing what they were doing to attend to me, which is a good indicator. We need to improve but if I can give you a 7/10
