 Terrible service from the manager, both with her staff and clients .. They don't want to arrive, they never have change and they don't supply everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un 7 como cualquier otro, sinembargo no les recomiendo dejar nada en el coche ya que a pesar de estar en una zona residencial los cristalazos son muy pero muy frecuentes en esa sucursal, neta no dejen el smartphone o laptop ahi para comprar un cafe.
A 7 like any other, however, I do not recommend leaving anything in the car because despite being in a residential area the windows are very, very frequent in that branch, net do not leave the smartphone or laptop there to buy a coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era súper cliente de esta sucursal, es una lastima la subgerente que tienen da pésima atención, no me vuelvo a parar ahí jamás, lastima por que el resto del personal muy amables y atentos, es prepotente y no sabe explicar, cortante me hicieron dar dos vueltas y al final con todo y ticket original quede igual, cual n razón oxxo es otro nivel, una vez me cambiaron un burrito que estaba mal del día anterior sin chistar hasta disculpa me dieron, en fin...ojala otras personas no pasen por mi mala experiencia, obvio me encanta esta cadena pero iré a otra sucursal, aunque gaste mas gasolina...
I was a super customer of this branch, it is a shame the assistant manager who gives terrible attention, I never stop there again, it hurts because the rest of the staff are very kind and attentive, they are arrogant and do not know how to explain, they made me give two curt turns and in the end with everything and the original ticket remains the same, which reason oxxo is another level, once they changed a burrito that was bad from the previous day without question until they apologized they gave me, in short ... hopefully other people do not pass by my bad experience, obviously I love this chain but I will go to another branch, even if I spend more gasoline ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo tanta experiencia en Seven-11 pero este en especial casi siempre está tranquilo no hay mucha afluencia de personas, y tienen Mejores protocolos sanitarios que el OXXO, sin embargo me molesta que tenga servicios 24 horas y a las 10 pm ya tengan cerrado atendiendo por ventanilla porq cuando tienes que pagar por tarjeta tienes que compartir tus datos privados de la tarjeta y no esta tan padre eso: en fin me gusta el seven por tienen cantidad de cervezas artesanales eso es chido apoyar al comercio local o la cerveza artesanal!
I do not have so much experience in Seven-11 but this one in particular is almost always quiet there is not much influx of people, and they have better sanitary protocols than the OXXO, however it bothers me that it has services 24 hours a day and at 10 pm they are already closed attending for window because when you have to pay by card you have to share your private card details and that is not so cool: anyway, I like seven because they have a lot of craft beers that is cool to support local businesses or craft beer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una tienda que generalmente esta muy limpia y sus productos estan muy bien distribuidos, con un buen espaciamiento. Siempre hay estacionamiento disponible, y la atención es buena, casi nunca he tenido que hacer fila, y aquí si habren la segunda caja... jejeje
