★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan en el Top de los peores autoservicios de la ciudad el personal no es amable y parece que estuvieran retenidos a ese trabajo por la fuerza. Aveces por la tarde noche no puedes entrar entoces pierde el sentido del autoservicio.
They are in the Top of the worst self-services in the city the staff is not friendly and it seems that they were forcibly retained to that work. Sometimes in the evening, you cannot enter, so you lose your sense of self-service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen ni idea de lo que es un buen servicio, tienen encadenada la puerta y ni para servirte un café sin buenos ellos ( yo traia mi termo ). Es más ni para darte el buenos días. Mejor deberian cerrar esa tienda.
They have no idea what good service is, they have the door chained and not even to serve you a coffee without good ones (I brought my thermos). It is more or to say good morning. They better close that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and well organized convenience store with an outside terrace with a roof, for rainy days. Fresh fruits are available. Friendly service in Spanish. Alcohol is served here, very well located, open in the past few months.
Another option for cheaper alcohol, consumer product goods and fresh fruit located in front on the 5th Ave...Super El Campeón convenience store.
Experienced racism twice at another 7-Eleven on 5th ave near ADO terminal / McDonalds / Cozumel ferry crossing but, not at this location.
