Very crowded on weekends and with an endless line hours from Godín's return to their homes, I hate that everyone wants to pay their services there, they are not lazy, go to the right place, the place must be for what it is, to buy my products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los seven más completos en cuanto a surtido y espero sigan así, sin embargo hace un par de meses se quedaron con mi tarjeta de puntos payback y no me la regresaron.
It is one of the most complete seven in terms of assortment and I hope it continues like this, however a couple of months ago they kept my payback points card and did not return it to me.

Y casi hace que le miente su madre por grosera. La verdad siempre digo sino les hace feliz su trabajo busquen otros más. La atención al cliente deberia der prioridad. Pero en fin.
Get out of trouble but most ATMs are rude and even rush you to go to the cashier, they are charging by looking at her cell phone all the time, today a certain Nayeli M. attended and she almost made her mother lie to her for being rude. The truth is I always say, if your work does not make you happy, look for others. Customer service should be a priority. But anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a 20Lit water BonafonT on 8th Aug as per the attached bill. We were told very clearly by the counter lady that we need to pay 100 pesos extra which would be refunded when we handover the empty can. We were asked to preserve the receipt and handover the receipt along with the empty can for getting back the refund of 100 pesos.
We are leaving for US on 16th aug and we went to the stores to handover the empty can. luckily the same lady was present and she asked us to wait for sometime as she has to get the Authorization from her supervisor. To our surprise, the lady said the amount can't be refunded. When we tried calling the supervisor, the lady said she is not available.
We feel cheated and the stores has given us a bitter experience. We are leaving the country tomorrow and feel bad to have this sort of experience with your stores.
