Entiendo que en ocasiones hagan inventario, pero porque no atender como lo hacen en otros lugares, a través de una ventanilla o algo así. Había 2 personas antes que yo que tenían esperando 15 minutos, yo tuve que esperar otros 15 minutos, y no fueron ni para dirigirnos la mirada a pesar de nuestra insistencia. Muy mal servicio I have been on several occasions and the attention is usually normal, but this is the second time that they do not want to attend me. I understand that sometimes they take inventory, but why not attend as they do in other places, through a window or something like that.
