El día de ayer fui, tomé 3 chocolates que tenían marcado el precio de 10 pesos cada uno y al pasar en caja el precio es de 10.50. Como ya me sé lo tranza que son en ESTA SUCURSAL, llevaba mis centavos...PERO RESULTA QUE NO ACEPTAN CENTAVOS. Según ellos en ningún lugar se aceptan centavos. Ahora expliquenme...¿entonces por qué demonios tienen precios en centavos? Si ni centavos regresan y aceptan. Me da pena que a los demás no les importa que les regresen el cambio, pues
no saben la cantidad de dinero que roban por cada persona que no recibe sus centavos. Es un robo descarado. En otros países regresan cada centavo, no importa la cantidad que sea. Debemos de ser más honestos y justos. Y capaciten a su personal a ser más honestos, por favor.
For me it would give 0 stars, since I was in the faculty in that branch they never want to give you the change. Yesterday I went, I took 3 chocolates that were marked the price of 10 pesos each and when you check in the box is 10.50. As I know what tranza they are in THIS BRANCH, I took my pennies ... BUT IT RESULTS THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CENTS. According to them, cents are not accepted anywhere. Now explain to me ... then why the hell do they have prices in cents? If neither cents return and accept. I feel sorry that the others do not care if the change comes back, because
They do not know how much money they steal for each person who does not receive their pennies. It is a blatant robbery. In other countries they return every penny, no matter how much. We must be more honest and fair. And train your staff to be more honest, please.
