Está tienda no es de 24hr. En la madrugada siempre te dicen que no tienen sistema. Mejor vayan al Oxxo que está a una cuadra. No les gusta trabajar en este lugar.

Domingo 2 de Mayo de 2021, Guadalajara, 7-eleven ubicado en el cruce de las avenidas 16 de septiembre y 5 de febrero, al menos en 3 ocasiones que fui el pago con tarjeta sin funcionar, la caja sin cambio y desconocimiento de los cajeros de como cobrar un puntos Payback, en mi última visita intento comprar una Coca-Cola sin azúcar de 500 ml de vidrio no retornable, inserto la tarjeta en la terminal y vuelve a fallar, el cajero que nombre Miguel me señala la terminal sin decir nada, le pregunto que pasa y me dice que debo retirarla, hago un gesto de desagrado y le digo que todo el día ha estado fallando a lo que me contesta "si no le gusta no venga", le pido que me cobre con un billete de $500 a lo que me contesta con indiferencia que no tiene cambio, pregunto entonces como me va a cobrar? Y me dice que me retire, insisto y me vuelve a repetir que me retire, sigo insistiendo y comenta que llegue en mala actitud aventandole las cosas, lo único que iba a comprar era un refresco de vidrio que de aventarlo se rompería, lo cuestionó que fue lo que aventé y entonces me levanta la voz diciéndome que me retire, a punto estoy de perder la cabeza y retarlo a que sea el quien me saque del lugar cuando el guardia interviene pidiéndole al cajero que se detenga, tragandome el coraje tomo mi dinero, guardo mi cartera, me doy la media vuelta y me voy. Ya escribí una queja a 7-eleven, estoy en espera de que me respondan pero mientras tanto sugiero que se abstengan de comprar en esa cadena de tiendas, gracias.

Pésimo servicio, los refrigeradores cerrados, no tienen recargas ni cobro con tarjeta, no vuelvo a venir a este intento de establecimiento

Pésimo servicio, no saben atender, no es posible que ni cambio tengan, como si fuera responsabilidad y obligación del cliente traer cambio, la que me atendió prefirió devolverme mi dinero en vez de venderme, bien quitada de la pena y sin importarle nada más me dice ten tu dinero, no tengo cambio, te vas a llevar todo mi cambio, vaya servicio
