Es un 7 eleven en buena ubicación, lo malo es que suele estar muy lleno y es algo tardado comprar (en comparación a otras sucursales).

Como esta en la esquina de Chapu y Vallarta siempre tiene mucha gente y los dependientes no se dan abasto, por lo que en ocasiones te toca esperar bastante.

Viernes 02 de Agosto de 2019, tienda 1814 torre chapultepec, Somos una empresa que cada semana compra entre 1000 - 1500 pesos en esa sucursal, esta persona en cuestión nos trata muy mal siempre, el dia de hoy es la ultima vez que compramos con ustedes, ya que la señorita nos corrio argumentando que estaba sola, tenia mucha gente, me cobró despues de insistir lo que saque de uno , se genero fila y me salto el turno le pregunte si me iba abrir el refrigerador pendiente y me ignoro completamente me dijo que ya que le cobrara a la fila que habia de aprox 10 personas me iba a abrir que me formará de nuevo.

Pésima actitud de servicio y disponibilidad del personal nocturno el día 28/4/18. 5:30 5:40am a puertas cerradas las dependiente s del establecimiento platicando y negándose la venta. Pregunto me yo si para esta marca cuan necesaria es la confianza de los clientes al saber que siendo 24 hrs. Están ahí a las ordenes de todo cliente

Mi opinión general sobre esta cadena es similar a la de otra persona que dejó reseña: "Igual que todos los 7 (eleven)". Excepto que me tocó una actitud ridícula, apática, y probablemente la más grosera que he experimentado en este tipo de tiendas. Quizás no salgo demasiado de mi zona y por eso no estoy acostumbrado a un nivel tan bajo de atención, pero el dependiente, un jóven de cabello crespo y sucio, y cara aceitosa, me respondió a un "Hola, buenas tardes!" con cara de molestia cuando saqué un billete de $100.00 para pagar un consumo de $40.00: "No tiene OTRO billete?". "No", - le respondí. "Al menos no de menor denominación". "No tengo billetes de $50", - me dijo. "OK, no es problema, no me molesta si me das 'morralla' o billetes de $20". A lo qué me respondió: "NO LE VOY A VENDER NADA, no tengo billetes de $50", con una cara de enfado que no he visto más que en películas donde parodian a dependientes inútiles. Me pareció tan ridícula y vulgar su actitud, que no respondí nada, sólo salí de la tienda tranquilamente, decidido a tomar el tiempo para dejar una reseña acorde, a pesar de que prefiero sólo reseñar los lugares que valen la pena. El horario fué cercano a las 16:00 hrs, entre semana. Por lo que leo en al menos otras dos reseñas, el bajo nivel de servicio en esta sucursal es una constante. Tres cuadras adelante se encuentra una tienda de la competencia, con un nivel de atención estándar (qué no es mucho decir, pues su calificación es apenas unas décimas mejor).

The schedule was close to 4:00 p.m., weekdays. From what I read in at least two other reviews, the low level of service at this branch is a constant. Three blocks ahead is a competitive store, with a standard level of care (which is not saying much, since its rating is only a few tenths better).
