I know that the fucking guard is there to prevent people from stealing things but they do not fuck up. You can not wait to look for your money in your backpack because it looks like you're stealing something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abre las 24 horas, y DICEN vende alcohol aún despues de las 00:00, buena atención, incluso si estas algo ebrio, excelente ubicación, cerca de ciudad universitaria, cuenta con estacionamiento, muy bien surtido, a contra esquina está metro copilco, despachadores de cafe siempre limpios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio con las tres señoritas qué hay hoy (08-09-21 a las 2pm). Primero atienden a tres personas delante de mi porque en teoría estaban haciendo corte de caja, después de esperar salen con que no les sale la opción para el depósito que necesitaba hacer, siendo que he depositado en la misma sucursal con anterioridad y en la misma cuenta. Deberían quitar ese personal que por tener sus 5 minutos de autoridad, corren a los clientes con su ineptitud y arrogancia.
Terrible service with the three young ladies, what's up today (09-08-21 at 2pm). First they serve three people in front of me because in theory they were making cash cuts, after waiting they come out with not getting the option for the deposit that I needed to make, being that I have deposited in the same branch previously and in the same account . They should remove those staff who, because they have their 5 minutes of authority, chase customers away with their ineptitude and arrogance.
