★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera Rosa Margarita (así es como aparece su nombre en el ticket) es una persona muy déspota y con una actitud de servicio pésima, en diferentes ocasiones he presenciado que se dirije a los clientes de una manera despectiva, constantemente se expresa con palabras altisonantes y quejandose con sus compañeros de la alta carga de trabajo, le molesta tener que atender el tema de la aplicación, soy un cliente muy frecuente y ya han existido diferentes discusiones con ella. Ya puse mi queja ante la página correspondiente, ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto, ella no esta capacitada para brindar atención al cliente. Deberian enseñarle que el cliente siempre es primero y lo más importante, constantemente usa frases como "no ve que estoy haciendo otra cosa", "me pelee con un cliente", "ni siquiera agradecen" etc...

I have already put my complaint to the corresponding page, I hope they take the matter, she is not trained to provide customer service. They should teach him that the client is always first and most importantly, constantly uses phrases like "do not see that I'm doing something else", "I quarrel with a client", "do not even thank" etc ...
