Antes se llama a Super 7 y está funcionando desde hace más de 20 años. Es por todos conocido que en éste tipo de tiendas los precios son más altos, en ocasiones tienen promociones en algunos productos. También es una super ventaja la cantidad de servicios que puedes pagar, hacer depósitos en cuentas, pago de tarjetas de crédito, luz, izzi, recargas de teléfonos, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a comprar dos garrafones de Epura y después de que una de las cajeras recibió los envases, me dijo que podía tomar el producto. Al pasar a la caja, otra cajera me indicó que no podía aceptarme un garrafón porque no se leían con claridad unos números. Yo le dije que eran claros. Después de dejar el garrafón que no me cobraría, le pregunté la razón de esto o en dónde estaba la indicación. Ella sólo dijo "el proveedor no lo recibe así". Tras mi insistencia por una respuesta lógica, ella se mostró agresiva y no sé qué decía pues al traer cubrebocas era poco entendible. Al respecto, considero que este tipo de circunstancias deben de anunciarse o mostrarse al público en un lugar visible o de menos, la gente debería ofrecer una respuesta lógica. Lo que más molesta es la mala actitud y la falta de servicio al cliente. Te ven cargando los garrafones pesados y no son empáticos, además de que son groseros en su trato.
