★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las noches cierran la puerta con una cadena y no ponen letrero de cerrado se supone que está en rappi y siempre se cancela por qué no abren.
At night they close the door with a chain and do not put a closed sign, it is supposed to be on rappi and it is always canceled because they do not open.

Siempre voy a Oxxo pero éste 7eleven está muy completo, muy amplio...y la mayoría de los empleados muy atentos, a excepción de una señora chaparrita (18dic17) que le pregunté en donde están los palitos del café y me contesta muy grosera "en su lugar" si yo supiera n donde están no le preguntaría...no los ví y le volví a preguntar y me dice "ahí" de verdad q es triste no tener ningún tipo de atención al cliente...por ese tipo de cosas NO DAN GANAS DE REGRESAR...
Pero los empleados de la madrugada muy amables, un chico chaparrito muy amable! :)
It is very good .. I always go to Oxxo but this 7eleven is very complete, very spacious ... and most of the employees very attentive, except for a short lady (Dec 18, 17) who asked her where the coffee sticks are and He answers me very rude "in his place" if I knew where they were, I would not ask him ... I did not see them and I asked him again and he says "really" that it is sad not to have any kind of customer service .. .for that kind of thing YOU DON'T WANT TO RETURN ...
But the employees in the early hours very friendly, a very friendly little guy! :)
