Se puso muy grosera por no tener cambio!!
Me insultó porque le pedí un número para reportar que no tiene cambio nunca y que no soy la única persona que ha pasado por una situación igual con ella.
Si no tienen empleados amables, cierren la tienda, nos perjudicaría pero no por tener buena ubicación tienen derecho a tratar mal a los clientes, tampoco es escusa que esté sola y que por eso no tiene cambio, la tienda echa un asco y la señora jugando con el celular, que pida trabajo en otro lado si no tiene media pizca de servicio al cliente.
Si no obtengo el número para reportarla tendré que hacer una denuncia a la Profeco.
I need a phone number to report to Michel González (so she called herself the night clerk).
It got very rude for not having change !!
She insulted me because I asked her for a number to report that she has never changed and that I am not the only person who has gone through an equal situation with her.
If they do not have friendly employees, close the store, it would harm us but not because they have a good location they have the right to treat customers badly, it is not excused that they are alone and that is why there is no change, the store is disgusting and the lady playing with the cell phone, that asks for work elsewhere if it does not have half a pinch of customer service.
If I do not get the number to report it, I will have to make a report to Profeco.
