★ ★ ★ ★ ★ café viejo, personal grosero y ademas no tienen cambio así que te hacen esperar hasta que otro cliente les de cambio. Ya puse mi queja en su corporativo ojalá lo corrijan, por lo pronto mejor comprar o tiendas pequeñas.
Old coffee, rude staff and also they have no change so they make you wait until another customer gives them change. I already put my complaint in their corporate office, I hope they correct it, for now better to buy or small stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen cambio en especial una señora con maquillaje extravagante, tienes que esperar a que otros le den cambio y si no valiste porque dejas todo así que si llevas prisa mejor no vayas ahí . si no fuera por ese detalle todo perfecto!
They never have change, especially a lady with extravagant makeup, you have to wait for others to give her change and if you were not worth it because you leave everything so if you are in a hurry, better not go there. if it weren't for that detail, everything would be perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio al cliente, prepotente arrogante, falta de profesionalismo y atención en especial la empleada Ozury F. No sorprende ver tantos comentarios negativos de este 7eleven. Espero que el corporativo y la gerencia tomen acción, y si esté personal no tiene la capacidad para estar en esta línea de trabajo, es mejor que se dedique a otra cosa. En conclusión una total decepción y una ofensa hacia los clientes.
Terrible customer service, arrogant pushy, lack of professionalism and attention especially the employee Ozury F. It is not surprising to see so many negative comments from this 7eleven. I hope that corporate and management take action, and if this staff does not have the capacity to be in this line of work, it is better that they dedicate themselves to something else. In conclusion a total disappointment and an offense towards customers.
