Nosotros
Somos una empresa de tintorerías creada en la Ciudad de México en el 2004. Brindamos servicios especializados en el mantenimiento, lavado, desmanchado, conservación, reparación y transformación de todo tipo de prendas, textiles y pieles.
En 2015 incursionamos en el mercado nacional de franquicias, al inaugurar nuestra primera franquicia. Hoy contamos con características de innovación, tecnología y ecología que nos permitirán expandirnos al resto del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general bien y sobre todo por sus días y horarios de servicio, abren toda la semana. Además de servicio a domicilio. Lo que falta mejorar mucho es la atención tan lenta en el lugar, un solo mostrador para recibir, entregar, cobrar...hay que hacer fila y como debes dejar pagado todo, se eternizan con cada cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las reseñas son todas de verdad, cómo es una franquicia, la gente que te atiende es cualquier cosa, te dicen que un día y luego que no y luego que siempre si cuando ya quieres levantar una queja. Pierden las cosas, además si te toca que haya tan solo una persona formada prepárate para esperar mínimo media hora en lo que la que atiende plática con los otros empleados.
The reviews are all true, how is a franchise, the people who serve you is anything, they tell you one day and then no and then always yes when you want to file a complaint. They lose things, also if you have to have only one person trained, prepare to wait at least half an hour while the one who attends talks with the other employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DECEPCIONANTE. Si se pudiera no les daría una sola estrella. No se dejen engañar por el hecho de que es una franquicia. Te dejan esperando hasta 30min. en lo que terminan de platicar con sus compañeros y/o en el teléfono. Ni se diga del servicio dañan las prendas y NO se hacen responsables y a parte de todo ni siquiera ofrecen una disculpa son cínicos y déspotas y te quieren echar la culpa por su terrible manejo de prendas. De verdad NO VAYAN no regalen su dinero ni arruinen sus prendas NO confíen en este negocio es un pésimo establecimiento. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO POR NINGÚN MOTIVO A ESTE LUGAR. De verdad que te quedas con un mal sabor de boca.
DISAPPOINTING. I wouldn't give them a single star if I could. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a franchise. They leave you waiting up to 30 min. while they finish talking with their classmates and/or on the phone. Not to mention the service, they damage the garments and are NOT responsible and apart from everything they do not even offer an apology, they are cynical and despotic and want to blame you for their terrible handling of garments. Really DO NOT GO do not give away your money or ruin your clothes DO NOT trust this business it is a lousy establishment. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON. You really do have a bad taste in your mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención!! Me cambiaron un edredón por otro que no es el mío y nadie se hace responsable! He ido casi a diario a tratar de resolverlo y el gerente jamás está ( según la encargada) nadie me resuelve nada y mi edredón así de fácil me lo hicieron perdedizo! ? no hay nadie que resuelva el problema y así de simple no se hacen responsables!! Ojalá el dueño vea este mensaje y me pueda ayudar a resolverlo por qué en su Tintoreria no ha habido nadie capacitado para hacerlo !
lousy care!! They changed a duvet for another that is not mine and nobody is responsible! I have gone almost daily to try to solve it and the manager is never there (according to the person in charge) nobody solves anything for me and my quilt was so easily lost! ? there is no one to solve the problem and that simple they are not responsible!! I hope the owner sees this message and can help me solve it because in his Dry Cleaners there has been no one trained to do it!
