Somos una empresa de tintorerías creada en la Ciudad de México en el 2004. Brindamos servicios especializados en el mantenimiento, lavado, desmanchado, conservación, reparación y transformación de todo tipo de prendas, textiles y pieles.
En 2015 incursionamos en el mercado nacional de franquicias, al inaugurar nuestra primera franquicia. Hoy contamos con características de innovación, tecnología y ecología que nos permitirán expandirnos al resto del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente frecuente, jamás mandan facturas, la ropa no esta al 100 planchada, tardan mucho en entregar, no cuentan con un buen sastre, su horario dice que abren 8:00 am y abren hasta las 8:40 o 9:00 al público aunque estén dentro alguno que otro trabajador, cierran aveces temprano aveces a la hora que tiene que ser entonces es complicado recoger algunas veces la ropa.
Les falta poner descuentos o tarjetas de cliente frecuente y claro mejorar los precios por la calidad que esta en decaída.
Cerca ya están muchas tintorerías que si llegan a ser mejores perderán demasiados clientes.

I am a frequent customer, they never send invoices, the clothes are not 100% ironed, they take a long time to deliver, they do not have a good tailor, their schedule says that they open at 8:00 am and open until 8:40 or 9:00 to the public even if some other worker is inside, sometimes they close early, sometimes at the right time, so sometimes it is difficult to pick up the clothes.
They need to put discounts or frequent customer cards and of course improve prices for the quality that is in decline.
Nearby there are already many dry cleaners that if they become better they will lose too many customers.
