p	pamela bermejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llegar hace dos Dias de vacaciones a este hermoso país, el cual elijo cada vez planeo mis vacaciones y después de venir por más de 15 años seguidos, me paso por primera vez, una situación horrible, el empleado que estaba en la caja me hizo mostrarle mj cartera diminuta porque él pensó que había robado algo, obviamente no tenía nada y se la mostré, jamás me pidió disculpas, y me trató de manera grosera. Realmente una lástima que Seven eleven que se caracteriza por el buen trato al cliente, tenga esta persona trabajando. Espero que hagan algo al respeto. Muchas Gracias! Atte. Pamela I just arrived two days ago on vacation to this beautiful country, which I choose every time I plan my vacations and after coming for more than 15 years in a row, it happened to me for the first time, a horrible situation, the employee who was at the checkout he made me show him my tiny wallet because he thought i stole something, obviously i didn't have anything and i showed it to him, he never apologized to me, and he treated me rudely. It's really a shame that Seven elevate, which is characterized by good customer service, has this person working. I hope they do something respectful. Thank you very much! Atte. Pamela

K	Kay M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive compared to other local shops, slow service and no regard for "health and safety" given the interior floor today was literally covered with items that needed to be stacked on shelves, and the broken decking outside which will cause a serious injury before too long.
R	Robin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful at this 7/11. Been here around 10 times in 1 week to buy simple things as water. Out of these 10 times they tried to scam me 4 times by deliberately not giving me enough change. It can happen once. But when they quickly get the rest when they see you are checking what you got back it is pretty obvious. Happened many times. Especially with the bigger lady working in this location. Seem to be a common scam here in Mexico as you don’t recognize the value of a coin as you do in your own country. But happened at this locations way to many times in a short period of time

In a city and county full of friendly folks they have managed to find clerks that are uniformly unfriendly. Pretty good selection of items for 7-11. Maybe if I brought them flowers they would cheer up...
