★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que me costo la impresora $2990. Precio de reparacion $3,400 no tiene sentido considerando que son servicio autorizado de epson., aparte de que tardaron 18 días en decirme esto. cuando en su hoja inicial indica 3-5 días. Y si no es por que yo les estuve llamando no me avisan.
What the printer cost me $ 2990. $ 3,400 repair price makes no sense considering they are epson authorized service, other than they took 18 days to tell me this. when on its initial sheet it indicates 3-5 days. And if it is not because I was calling them they will not let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una impresora Epson de tinta continua a reparación y 10 días después el diagnóstico fue revitalizar el cabezal, cambio de almohadillas y cambio de escáner serían $1,750. Me pareció excesivo el costo ya que una nueva cuesta $3,200. La lleve a otro lugar y me dijeron que ya estaba imprimiendo correctamente que solo el escáner estaba desconectado. En este lugar me cobraron $350 por revisarla y dejarla funcionando y aparte lo hicieron en 2 horas. Me parece que en labcom es muy tardado y equivocado sus diagnósticos aparte de caras las reparaciones.
I took an Epson continuous ink printer for repair and 10 days later the diagnosis was to revitalize the head, change of pads and change of scanner would be $ 1,750. I found the cost excessive since a new one costs $ 3,200. I took it somewhere else and they told me I was already printing correctly that only the scanner was disconnected.
